Ilias Mourousias

Elias Mourousias is a UEFA A licensed football coach, with additional studies in Sports Management, opponent analysis, and scouting.

As a football player, he has competed at all levels, enjoying a long career בעיקר in the semi-professional divisions. Among the most notable clubs he played for are: Panionios FC, Kalamata FC, Pamisos Messinis, and Erani Filiatron.

In his coaching career, he has served as:

• Technical Director of the Academy and Head Coach of the U19 team at Kalamata FC (2021-2023)
• Head Coach of Pamisos Messinis (2024-2025)
• Assistant Coach and Team Manager at AEK Women’s Football (2025–2026)
