Pantelis Boussias is a professional football coach and the producer of the Football 360 Summit, a conference series created to unite the football community and promote a holistic approach to education and development in modern football.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education and Sport Science, with a specialization in football, and is a UEFA A licensed coach, combining academic background with hands-on experience at professional level.

Beyond the pitch, he has invested significantly in the holistic development of the athlete, with expertise in:

• High Performance Sports Psychology, through the Psychology for High Performance Sports diploma (Barça Innovation Hub)
• Leadership and Coaching, holding internationally recognized certifications including
  IMPACT Executive Coaching & Organisational Development (AADCT) and
  NLP Coaching (ABNLP)

Over the last three seasons, he has served as Assistant Coach to Pavlos Dermitzakis, working with:

• Panionios FC (2025–26 season)
• POT Iraklis FC (2024–25 season)
• AEL FC (2023–24 season)

During the 2022–23 season, he was an Assistant Coach at Volos NFC, while in the 2020–21–22 periods he worked with Apollon Smyrnis FC, contributing both at first-team level and within the academy structure, coaching the U19 and U17 teams.

At grassroots and youth development level, he has also worked with Olympiacos FC, coaching the U8, U12 and U19 age groups, gaining extensive experience in elite youth development environments.

His professional philosophy focuses on the integration of coaching methodology, sports science, leadership and the human dimension of the athlete, a mindset that lies at the core of the Football 360 Summit.
