Dani Ponz

Dany is a UEFA Pro licensed coach with a Bachelor’s degree in physical education and extensive experience across professional football environments in Spain and abroad. He has held key roles such as Head Coach of Levante U19, Head Coach of Salamanca CF, and Head of Individual Development at CD Eldense in Spain’s Segunda División. Currently, he serves as Head Coach of PAOK B, contributing to the development of players within one of Greece’s top football organizations. Known for his focus on individual player development, modern coaching methodologies, and high-performance environments, Dany brings valuable insights from both academy and professional levels of the game.

Dany will provide an in-depth analysis of the individual player development department within the academy, sharing its structure, methodology, and practical application across all development stages. Additionally, he will present a weekly training cycle and the core coaching principles implemented in PAOK B, bridging theory with real-world practice in a high-performance environment.
