Presentation (first day): Combination of Ergometric Assessment and GPS Monitoring in Modern Football Preparation
The presentation focuses on the combination of ergometric assessment and GPS monitoring for designing preparation in modern high-level football. It will examine advanced methods for evaluating physical fitness, monitoring workload, and analyzing athletes’ movement patterns, as well as the use of this data to organize individualized training programs. The approach connects scientifically validated methods with practical applications, emphasizing performance enhancement, injury risk reduction, and the maintenance of high-level physical condition throughout the season. Through examples of implementation in professional environments, the presentation demonstrates how ergometric assessment and GPS technology can improve decision-making, track progress, and tailor preparation to each athlete.
