Danilo Tesic
Danilo Tesic is a professional football coach, currently working as a head coach in the F.C. Red Star U-16 team. He holds an UEFA C and UEFA B license.
He has nine years of experience in working with all youngster categories, starting with basic football. He has participated in almost all projects at the youth school level and has held talks with foreign lecturers, represented the club in several video conferences with foreign coaches and sports workers as well as with domestic ones. He has also given presentations in foreign academies and is a Coordinator of coaches at the F.C. Red Star camps.
In addition to this he has shown great success and unique skills in leading individual training.

The presentation will demonstrate what the criteria is for choosing talents in the academy from the age of 11,12 until 16, what methodology we follow, what the philosophy of Red Star academies is in general and also specifically.
Furthermore, we will show some examples of how we train in groups and in the individual trainings; what skills, how and why we try to improve and make them better within this group or individual trainings.
