Leonidas is a graduate of Athens Law School. Since 2012, he is working with the Law Department of Panathinaikos FC and since February 2018 he is the Head of the Department. On May 2019 he was appointed as Vice-President of the club.

Last but not least, Leonidas has been President of the Super League Greece in the period 2020-2021.
