Milan Stegnjaic is a professional football coach currently working in the U-19 team of the Red Star academy in Belgrade, Serbia. He was the first assistant coach of F.C. Graficar, which is the B team of Red Star in senior football. They promoted from 3rd to 2nd division and were champions in both divisions and finally reached 1st division.
He holds an UEFA C, UEFA B and UEFA A licenses and is currently attending the UEFA National Pro seminar. He is a great tactician and many youngsters who he coached are now playing in professional leagues in the Super League or abroad (Zeljko Gavric, Richard Odada, Veljko Nikolic i Njegos Petrovic).
The presentation will demonstrate how we prepare our players in different systems, what tactics we use in the build up, in the middle zone when we have the ball and what formation we have in the attack.
In addition to that we will also show how we defend when we want high pressure, when we defend in the middle zone and when we defend deep.
We will also say what players we need, with which characteristics, in which position and why, for the hybrid tactics that we use.
Furthermore we will explain the goals that our team has through the trainings and the games.
All of the above is very important for this age because these players have to be prepared; to know the maximum about each position because this is what modern football requires in the elite teams.
