Santiago is originally from Bogota, Colombia. He is an industrial engineer with a post graduate course of strategic management, who worked at EY for 2,5 years as a climate change and sustainability consultant before moving to the US to pursue his Masters in Sports Business and post graduate course on Sustainability in Sports at Seattle University.
In the US, Santiago has worked with the 2018 Special Olympics 2018 Seattle USA Games, and now is currently the Associate General Manager at OL Reign. At OL Reign, Santiago manages sustainability, community and first team operations. He works in hand with athletes like Lauren Barnes to align strategic decisions in order to impact the community.
