Ilias  is a Football (UEFA A’)  & Life Coach. He is the founder and director of the premium football academy “NIKITES FC” (2004) which exploits sports as an educational and transformational tool to empower young athletes and promote their personal development. As a life coach, he has founded “W-inner Coaching” which supports athletes and coaches in their need to ideally manage the different aspects of their role in the modern sports environment. “W-inner Coaching” is also implemented by athletic academies as a framework to enhance consciousness and the collaboration of the 3 sides of the athletic triangle consisting of the Athlete – The Parent – The Coach.
