Panagiotis Christofileas is a UEFA Pro Licensed football coach and a modern tactician known for his clear and progressive game model. He has recently taken over as Head Coach of Kalamata FC, bringing with him a dynamic football philosophy centered on purposeful possession, aggressive pressing, and elite transitional play.
With a coaching career spanning over a decade across multiple professional clubs, Christofileas has held key roles including Technical Director of the EPSANA Pre-National Team and Technical Committee Member for the Men’s & Women’s Military National Teams since 2017. His experience also includes positions at clubs such as Palliniakos, Kalamata, and Olympiacos Volou, demonstrating a consistent presence in competitive football environments.
Renowned for his clear tactical identity, his teams are defined by structured intensity, intelligent decision-making, and a commitment to attacking efficiency—evidenced by an average of 2.5 goals per game over the last three seasons.
