Pantelis Boussias

Pantelis Boussias is a football coach and the producer of the Football 360 Summit conference series.

He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education and Sport Science with a specialization in football, and he is a certified UEFA A License Coach.

Beyond the sidelines, he has invested significantly in leadership, coaching, and people management, acquiring internationally recognized certifications such as:

• IMPACT Executive Coaching and Organizational Development (AADCT)
• NLP Coaching (ABNLP)

In the field of sports psychology, he has completed the “Psychology for High Performance Sports” diploma by the Barça Innovation Hub.

For the past two years, he has been working closely with head coach Pavlos Dermitzakis, serving as assistant coach at:

• POT Iraklis FC (2024–2025)
• AEL FC (2023–2024)

Previous assistant coaching roles include:

• Volos NFC (2022–2023)
• Apollon Smyrnis FC (2021–2022)

Youth Academies

He has coached at various youth levels:

• U19 & U17 of Apollon Smyrnis (2020–2022)
• U12, U19 & U8 of Olympiacos FC (2017–2019)

Pantelis will present how a coaching staff collaborates to optimize player training sessions based on the matchday and the upcoming opponent.
