Srdjan's experience is based on working with perspective young football players.As a coach he haa worked with players from all age categories.Besides his coaching experience, for the past ten years Srdjan has also been working as a talent scout,where he has discovered multiple talented young players who are now playing in major European clubs. Srdjan is specialized in identifying such young talent, planning and creating their path for improvement and growth in all areas, both professional and personal.
