Theodoros Eleftheriadis
heodoros Eleftheriadis was born on September 7, 1969, in Thessaloniki. He is a graduate of the Department of Physical Education and Sports Science (TEFAA) and holds a UEFA Pro license from the Hellenic Football Federation (EPO). Throughout his career, he has helped many young footballers become professionals and specializes in the field of organizing an academy.
He has successfully served as the Technical Director at the academies of Iraklis, PAOK, and at the national team levels, with two tenures (2010-2014 and 2017-2019) as coach of the U15 team and assistant coach of the U19 team. He has also worked at the academies of Panathinaikos and Olympiakos. His last two career stops were at AEL FC in the 2022-2023 season as Technical Director and coach of the U15 team, leading the team to the Final Four of Super League 1, which was a remarkable achievement given the club's size. He left a legacy with a great batch of young players.
For the past two years, he has been with OFI FC as Technical Director and coach of the U17 team, where he has achieved great work both on and off the pitch.
From the next year he will be the technical director of Panathinaikos fc academy
